Eggs and Potato Curry


Potatoes boiled                                          4

Eggs boiled                                                6

Red chills powder                                      1 tbsp

 Turmeric powder                                      1 tsp

Coriander powder                                     2 tbsp

Yogurt                                                       ½ cup

Hot spices powder                                    1 tsp

 Garlic chopped                                        5 cloves

Ginger garlic paste                                    1 tbsp

Coriander leaves chopped                        ½ bunches

Green chilies finely sliced                         4

 Mustard oil                                              1 cup

Salt                                                            to taste

Oil                                                            for frying

Method Eggs and Potato Curry Recipes

Heat mustard oil in a pot adds garlic and fry till golden

Add yogurt ginger garlic paste turmeric powder red chills powder and coriander powder in the pot fry a little and then add potatoes

Remove shell from eggs and fry them in a little oil in a frying pan

Add eggs in the pot and fry for another 5 minutes. Add 1½ cups warm water and cook on low flame

Delicious Eggs and Potato Curry is ready

 Garnish with hot spices green chilies and coriander leaves  Serve with hot chapattis
