 Ingredients

Fish pieces 1 Kg Potatoes 1 Kg Carom seeds 2 Tsp Salt 2 Tsp Turmeric powder 1 Tsp Red chilli powder 2 Tbsp Garlic paste 4 Tbsp Oil As Required Coriander leaves For Garnishing
Method Fish Potatoes Recipes Mix 1 tsp carom seeds 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp red chili powder and ½ tsp turmeric powder. Rub this on the fish and leave aside Heat oil in a wok and fry fish pieces till they turn golden. Cut potatoes into thick pieces. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pot. Add garlic and fry till it changes cooler. Add 1 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt. 1 tsp carom seeds ½ tsp turmeric powder and potatoes. Mix well Add 1 cup water in the pot cover with a lid and let it cook. When potatoes are half. cooked Add fish and 1/2 cups water Cover with a lid and cook.
Dish out when water dries and fish and potatoes are cooked garnish with coriander leaves, and serve.
