       Mango Pudding


       Ingredients:

        Mando diced              400gm
      
        Sugar                         20gm
       
       For Pudding       
      
       Gelatine sheet           3 soaked
      
       Whipy whip cream     250gm



Recipe

Whisk cream, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan. When it starts to boil, add the blended mangoes. Then add gelatin and whisk. Then put the mixture in a cup or jar, cover it and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Then take it out and keep the squared mangoes. Add a little condensed milk. Glitter the mango with neutral glazes. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve
