Boti Kebab Masala


Beef                                           1 kg

Red chilli powder                    1 tbsp

Roasted and

ground white cumin seeds      1 tsp

Lemons                                      3

Oil                                               1/2 cup

Yogurt                                        1/2 cup

Ginger/garlic paste                 1 tbsp

Papaya paste                            2 tbsp

Salt                                             to taste

Method lamb boti kebab

 Cut beef into small pieces.Marinate beef in yogurt, salt, red chillies, papaya, ginger/garlic, cumin, oil and lemon juice for 1 hour.

Spread meat out in a pot or on an iron griddle on a stove. Lower the flame as the water begins to dry.

Place a piece of r0ti on the meat and then place a piece of burning c0al 0n the r0ti. Sprinkle a few dr0ps 0f 0il on the coal and cover the meat with lid.

 Delicious B0ti Kebabs is ready.

Serve with tamarind chutney and roghni naa.white cumin seeds 1 tsp
