 Chicken (boneless)              500 grams

Egg whites                               2

Capsicums                               2

Tomatoes                                2

Onions                                    2

Spring onions                        3 stalks

Chilli garlic sauce                 1/2 cup         

Oyster sauce                         4 tbsp                     

Garlic paste                           2 tbsp

Black pepper powder         ½ tsp

Oil                                        for frying

Salt                                      to taste

Method chicken shashlik calories

Cut chicken, capsicum, tomatoes and onions into square pieces.Chop spring onions fine.Marinate chicken pieces, capsicum, onion and tomatoes in oyster sauce, garlic, chilli garlic sauce, salt and black pepper for ½ an hour. Skewer capsicum, chicken pieces, tomatoes and onion onto sticks.

Repeat this process with remaining sticks. Beat egg whites. Dip shashlik in egg whites.

 Heat oil in a frying pan and fry shashlik till golden. Garnish with spring onions. Serve over a bed of rice.
