 Chicken Tikka


Chicken breasts or legs     2 Pieces

Red chilli powder               2 tsp

Carom seeds                       ½ tsp

Cumin seeds                        2 tsp

Chat Masala                         2 tsp

Vinegar                               1/2 cup

Ginger/garlic paste            1 tbsp

Oil                                        2 tbsp

For garnishing:

Salad leaves, cucumbers, tomato, green chilies and onions.

Method chicken tikka masala recipe

Roast and then grind cumin and carom seeds. Take them out in a b0wl and add chat masala vinegar ginger/garlic paste, red chilies and 0il Mix well.

Makes gashes in chicken pieces thoroughly rub masala on them and set aside for 1 hour.

Put chicken pieces in a p0t, c0ver with a lid and c0ok on medium flame for 10 minutes.

Increase the flame and c0ok till all the water dries.

Place chicken pieces in an 0ven dish and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.

Garnish delicious Chicken Tikka with salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers, green chillies and onions. Serve.
