Stuffed Capsicums Recips


Minced beef                                       1/2 kg

Capsicums                                          6

Onions (finely cut)                             2

Tomatoes (finely cut)                        2

Ginger/garlic paste                            2 tsp

 Green chillies (finely cut)                4

Fresh coriander (chopped)               1/2 bunch   

Hot spices powder                            1 tsp 

Turmeric powder                              1/2 tsp  

Red chilli powder                             2 tsp 

Salt                                                   1 tsp

Oil                                                   1/2 cup

Method couscous stuffed capsicums

 Heat oil in a wok and fry onions till golden. Add ginger/garlic paste, hot spices, turmeric, red chillies, salt and a little bit of water. Fry. Add tomatoes and green chillies and fry. Add minced meat and cook until water dries.

Cut the tops of the capsicums and de-seed with a knife. Stuff the capsicums with mince. Replace the tops and seal with toothpicks.

Arrange stuffed capsicums carefully on the mince that is left over after stuffing capsicums. Keep on dum. Take out in a dish after 10 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh coriander.
